Indonesian Consulate General Explores Economic Opportunities in Collaboration with Bangsamoro Board of Investments

[Cotabato City, February 5, 2024] – In a bid to strengthen economic ties and explore potential investment opportunities, the Indonesian Consulate General in Davao City mark a significant visit to the Bangsamoro Board of Investments. Led by Mr. Harya K. Sidharta, Charges d’affaires of KJRI Davao City, and Mrs. Novita S.D. Supit, Economic Consul/Chief Chancellor of KJRI Davao City, the Indonesian delegation engaged in collaborative discussions with BBOI.

Mohamad Omar Pasigan, BBOI Chairperson, goes beyond mere diplomatic formalities to showcase the potential investment opportunities within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

Chairperson Pasigan shared valuable insights into the economic landscape of BARMM, highlighting sectors such as tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, etc. as key areas for potential collaboration.
